IELTS TRAINER

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to help students achieve their desired band scores. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to train students in all four IELTS modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

• Conduct IELTS training sessions for students.
• Prepare lesson plans and study materials based on IELTS standards.
• Train students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct mock tests and analyze student progress.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Maintain attendance, student performance records, and progress reports.
• Support students with test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
• Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure quality training.

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or any relevant discipline.
• IELTS certification or prior experience in IELTS training is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong grammar and vocabulary knowledge.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer.
• Freshers with exceptional English proficiency and relevant certification may also be considered.
