Role Description The IELTS Trainer role at Jarmar Immigration is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The trainer will conduct IELTS preparation classes, delivering clear, structured instruction across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. Daily responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing targeted feedback, and tracking progress toward desired band scores. The role involves creating practice materials, organizing mock tests, and guiding learners on exam strategies and time management. The trainer will collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent teaching standards and support student counseling related to IELTS requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support diverse learner needs.
• Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including familiarity with exam formats, scoring criteria, and effective test-taking strategies.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Lesson Planning, including designing structured curricula, creating practice activities, and adapting materials based on student performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with strong grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; formal TEFL/TESOL certification or prior IELTS teaching experience is highly beneficial.
