The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss Central SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) function is looking for an IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Supply Planning Consultant with extensive knowlegde of S&OP who will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP IBP solutions to improve supply chain planning and execution.

The role involves working with stakeholders to design and configure IBP modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes across the company. Your daily work will significantly contribute to the enhancing forecasting accuracy, cashflow and supply planning and must be driven by a front line passion to improve delivery performance and thereby customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solution Design & Implementation: Configuring SAP IBP modules focussed on Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization, and Control Tower. Gathering business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integration & Data Management. Connecting SAP IBP with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications. Managing data migration and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Process Optimization. Improving planning efficiency and enhancing forecasting accuracy.
Support & Training. Providing technical support and conducting training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: More than 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementations along with strong knowledge of IBP modules and configuration.
Technical Skills: 3+ years expertise in S&OP, focused on forecast constraining, S&OP process execution and executive handshakes
English language: Ability to communicate, to read and to write fluently.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Certifications: SAP IBP certification is a plus.
