We are hiring an independent, sharp, no-hand-holding HR Officer who can run HR end-to-end and keep pace with a startup that builds, hires, and iterates continuously.


What You Will Own

HR Operations (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Run complete employee lifecycle: onboarding → documentation → confirmations → exits
  • Create, implement, and enforce HR policies (not just file them)
  • Maintain compliance, statutory filings, and HR hygiene without follow-ups


Leave & Attendance Management

·      Own end-to-end leave management: policy enforcement, approvals, tracking, and reporting

·       Monitor attendance, late logins, absenteeism, and misuse of leave

·       Ensure leave data is accurate, transparent, and aligned with payroll

·       Act early on patterns impacting productivity or discipline


Hiring & Talent Execution

  • Drive hiring coordination across tech, product, business, and interns
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, close offers—fast and clean
  • Work with founders, recruiters, and agencies to meet hiring timelines


People, Performance & Discipline

  • Track attendance, leaves, performance cycles, and reviews
  • Flag people risk early—performance gaps, attrition, morale issues
  • Ensure accountability across teams without micromanagement


Culture & Startup Reality

  • Be the first line of clarity, not escalation
  • Handle employee issues with maturity, discretion, and firmness
  • Help build a performance-first, no-nonsense culture

  • Can manage confidential matters without drama
  • Thrives in ambiguity and pressure


You are Likely Succeed If You Have

  • 2–5 years as an HR Generalist / HR Ops professional
  • Startup, SaaS, tech, or consulting experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance
  • Experience hiring tech/product roles is a strong plus
