About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and day-to-day HR management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee grievances, performance discussions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Support employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture
• Coordinate exit interviews and manage the full & final process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HRIS tools
• Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
