Role Description

This is a Internship, on-site position for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist with various HR-related tasks, such as supporting HR management functions, implementing HR policies, and coordinating personnel management activities. Responsibilities include contributing to the company's employee benefits programs, providing support in recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts and practices.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.
  • Basic knowledge of Personnel Management and ability to assist with related functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR tools or management systems is a plus.
