Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Surat, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing employee engagement programs, and overseeing performance management. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, facilitating training programs, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Development
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, along with general technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR roles within a consulting or service-oriented industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
