Full Stack Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across backend and frontend systems.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on across Java backend, React frontend, and AWS/DevOps practices, and capable of contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for financial products and platforms
• Integrate with third-party APIs such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, and banking services
• Gathering requirements for new developments from other business verticals.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance with
• regulatory requirements
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Ensure compliance with fintech-specific regulations (KYC, data security, audit logs, etc.)
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to model financial data and ensure data consistency
• Use tools like Kafka/RabbitMQ for messaging in distributed systems
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Docker and related tools

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

• Person with 4 to 6 years of work experience.
• Results oriented with track record of building secure, robust and scalable applications from scratch
• Experience with NBFC/lending platforms, payment gateways, or core banking systems
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, NBFC norms)
• Integration with credit bureaus, banking APIs, and payment systems

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS (hands on):

Skill:

Backend Development (Java)

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Integrate with third-party systems such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, and banking APIs
• Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with fintech regulations (KYC, audit logs, data security)

Frontend Development (React)

• Develop responsive and high-performance UI using React.js / Next.js and TypeScript
• Implement state management using Redux/RTK/Context API
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams for feature implementation

Full Stack Engineering

• Work across frontend-backend integration layers
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions
• Optimize application performance and scalability

DevOps & Cloud (AWS)

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Use containerization tools like Docker for deployments

Collaboration

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams

EDUCATION Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
