Video Editor

The School of Inspirational Leadership (SIL) is a business consulting, coaching, and corporate training organization working with MSMEs, leaders, and organizations to build scalable businesses and strong leadership. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team.

• Edit raw video footage into engaging and high-quality final videos

• Create content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms

• Add transitions, graphics, captions, sound effects, and background music to enhance storytelling

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop compelling visual narratives

• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

• Manage video files, assets, and editing timelines efficiently

• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards

• Proven experience in video editing and post-production

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

• Good understanding of social media video formats and trends

• Ability to create short-form and long-form video content

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

• Experience in editing corporate training videos, podcasts, or webinar recordings

• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation

• Understanding of branding and digital marketing content

• Leadership and consulting content

• Training and masterclass videos

• Social media content and promotional videos

• Interview and discussion series
