Human Resources Manager

A leading company in the transportation and logistics sector, SMG Logistics & Transport is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance its Human Resources function. This role will play a key part in driving organizational growth, fostering employee excellence, and building a high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and insights to executive management to support business objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and report on HR KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in HR, preferably within logistics, transportation, or operational sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to design, implement, and optimize HR systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), metrics, and reporting tools.
