Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries effectively
- Coordinate with order management and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement promotional campaigns, offers, and discount approvals as per guidelines
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to drive performance and accountability
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- 4-5 years of experience leading sales in a retail store, preferably in the jewelry sector
- Strong understanding of jewelry market trends and consumer buying behavior
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and commercial awareness
