Chief of Staff — Founderled

NYC · $80K–$100K · Full-time


The role


I'm Riley, the founder and CEO of Founderled. We're a GTM agency that runs cold email outbound, LinkedIn content, and go-to-market strategy for venture-backed B2B SaaS startups. Our clients include companies backed by YC, a16z, Sequoia, and other top investment firms.


I need a right hand. Someone who can own operational workflows, keep me organized, and help Founderled execute across 10+ clients simultaneously. 


You'll sit at the center of everything — internal projects, client communications, process improvement, and the systems that keep this whole thing running.


What you'll own


  • Operational workflows across 10+ active client accounts — you're the one making sure campaigns launch on time, deliverables don't slip, and nothing gets lost between Slack threads
  • Internal project management — building and maintaining the systems that keep our team aligned and our clients happy
  • Client communications — drafting updates, coordinating timelines, and being a reliable point of contact
  • Process improvement — if something is manual and repetitive, you figure out how to automate it or make it 10x faster (ideally with AI)
  • Cross-functional coordination between our content writers, GTM engineers, and client success team
  • Keeping me organized — my calendar, my priorities, my follow-ups.


Who you are


  • AI-native — you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily and you're always looking for ways to plug AI into your workflows.
  • You have a feel for go-to-market systems and processes — you don't need to be an expert, but you understand how outbound, sales ops, and marketing automation fit together
  • Genuinely interested in startups — we're working with some of the most exciting and fastest-growing AI startups right now, and you'll get direct exposure to the founders and the businesses.
  • Obsessively organized — you're the person who builds the spreadsheet before anyone asks for it, creates the Notion template, sets the reminder
  • Strong communicator — you can write a clean client email, a concise Slack message, and can lead people and teams.
  • High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — we're a growing agency, not a Fortune 500 company. Things change fast and you're good with that


Nice to haves


  • Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or similar GTM/ops stack
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS — either working at a startup or in a client-facing role serving them
  • Experience building or managing automated workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
  • You've worked directly with a founder or CEO before and know what that dynamic looks like
