Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site position, where you will assist customers in selecting footwear and accessories, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable products, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will maintain store displays, manage inventory, and stay updated on the latest fashion trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to actively drive product recommendations and meet sales targets.
- Strong skills in Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with customers.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of footwear and accessories trends.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion or footwear sector, is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
