Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to the overall success of our HR function. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable, depending on seniority).
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience with implementing and managing employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
