Role Description The Human Resources Manager internship is a remote role focused on supporting and enhancing Nexlyra’s people and culture operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with talent acquisition processes, such as posting roles, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The intern will help maintain HR records, support performance management documentation, and assist with HR policies and compliance initiatives. Additional tasks include coordinating remote engagement activities, gathering feedback from team members, and contributing to HR-related reports and analytics. This internship offers hands-on experience in building scalable HR processes within a technical consulting environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition, interviewing support, and onboarding coordination.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR administration, employee records management, and basic HR policy implementation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Candidates should possess skills in data handling, HR reporting, and use of HR or productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS, project management software).
  • Candidates should possess skills in organizing remote meetings, supporting training sessions, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
  • Relevant coursework or training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruiting, or office administration is an advantage but not required.
