Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who can partner with leadership to build a high-performance, people-first organization. This role requires someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, building scalable HR processes while creating an engaging employee experience.

Location: Bengaluru- Onsite

Total Years of Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Mandatory)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and growth strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and people strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across technology, consulting, leadership, and corporate functions while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, employee relations, and exits.
  • Lead performance management, goal setting, appraisal cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.
  • Develop learning and development programs, leadership capability, career progression frameworks, and competency models.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations through HRMS administration, policy governance, documentation, payroll coordination, and process automation.
  • Build HR dashboards and leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights on hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends.
  • Manage HR budgets, external partners, recruitment agencies, and HR technology platforms 


Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Leadership experience.
  • Have worked in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup, or Web3 environments.
  • Have led both Recruitment and People Operations teams.
  • Are highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions using business metrics.
  • Can influence stakeholders and leaders with confidence.
  • Believe in high standards, ownership, and execution.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with minimal bureaucracy.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Engineering, or Product organizations.
  • Exposure to global HR practices or international workforce management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, or Workday.
  • Experience in campus hiring, employer branding, HR analytics, and process automation.
