This is not an internship where you’ll spend your time observing HR processes from the sidelines.

You’ll work directly on hiring, candidate management, onboarding, HR operations, employee records, attendance, and exit processes. You’ll get hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and understand how HR actually works inside a fast-growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Work closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment pipelines, and hiring reports.
  • Monitor time-to-hire and actively follow up to ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
  • Support offer coordination, pre-joining communication, and candidate engagement.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Support attendance management and leave records.
  • Assist with employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
  • Support employee exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment and HR processes as the company grows.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Are pursuing or have completed an MBA, preferably with a specialization or interest in Human Resources.
  • Are a graduate who is serious about building a long-term career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy speaking with people, networking, and building professional relationships.
  • Are organized and comfortable managing multiple candidates, interviews, and priorities.
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Are comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, job portals, and digital tools.
  • Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.


Prior HR experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Your attitude, communication skills, ability to learn, and willingness to take ownership matter more to us.
