Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation. Qualifications

Proficiency in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and policy management
Experience in organizational development, training programs, and performance management
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze HR trends and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and productivity
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and diverse environment
