Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement HR policies, handle employee onboarding and training, and manage conflict resolution. Additionally, they will support workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and overall organizational development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives will also be key responsibilities of the role.

- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Training & Development
- Strong knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies
- Experience in Performance Management and Employee Relations
- Skills in Conflict Resolution, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics for decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus
- Previous HR management experience in a corporate setting preferred
