Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, shortlisting candidates and assisting with offer rollouts.
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment pipeline by tracking candidates at each hiring stage, updating internal trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordinating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in HR Operations and employee lifecycle support, including onboarding coordination, maintaining employee records, updating HRMS platforms and supporting documentation related to joining, exits, and HR compliance.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal company databases, trackers, MIS reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity across systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication activities and coordination across departments to enhance employee experience and workplace collaboration.
