Position: HR Generalist (Operations)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (Onboarding to Exit)
• Handle HR operations, documentation, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HRMS and prepare HR reports
• Support performance management and HR audits
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in the US Shift
