Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Lucknow location. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include handling recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and providing support for organizational development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
  • Coordinate payroll, incentives, and employee documentation.
  • Manage employee engagement and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit formalities.
  • Support training and employee development initiatives.
  • Resolve employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/HR preferred).
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (Travel & Tourism preferred).
  • Strong communication, recruitment, and HR administration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS.
