Human Resources Executive

Role Description

The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. This full-time, on-site position is based in Tijara Tehsil.

The role involves implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, supporting performance appraisal and training activities, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and coordinating with project teams to meet staffing and HR support needs. The position will also support payroll inputs, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage talent acquisition, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Draft and issue appointment letters and conduct induction/orientation sessions.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
  • Ensure timely completion of exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.

3. Employee Records and Compliance

  • Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support management in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

4. HR Operations

  • Guide employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

5. HR Systems and Policies

  • Support the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.
  • Recommend policy improvements based on organizational needs and legal requirements.

6. Coordination

  • Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
  • Coordinate with the Internal Committee (PoSH), Steering Committee, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.

Education & Experience

  • MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PMIR from a recognized UGC-approved university/institute.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the non-profit/development sector will be preferred.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic experience in managing organizational social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, employee records management, and statutory compliances in the non-profit sector.
  • Working knowledge of social media management, including posting job vacancies, employer branding, and candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to rural and remote project locations.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. No bar for the right candidate.
