Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr/SrHuman Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Exec will be responsible for managing the HR operations of the company, which includes managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Exec will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure they are followed, and work closely with the leadership team to create a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR exec or relevant HR role
• Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and integrity
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
