Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Support Lead with 10–15 years of overall experience in ETL processes and Snowflake Data Warehouse, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will oversee production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data operations while guiding and mentoring the support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ETL support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows and Snowflake queries.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Automate monitoring and alerting for ETL jobs and Snowflake performance.
  • Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
