Our Direct Client is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with great experience writing API’s and problem solving to join their project! In this position, you will work with internal customers to identify development needs for both back-end and front-end systems. This technology is part of the Core Needs of the Client and you will continue to be exposed to cutting edge work.

What is the client looking for?

Help with my offshore team that is building a very large piece of the client’s Java Based Portfolio and needs help with writing API’s and other key needs. You will become the onsite person for this key software that runs a huge part of the client’s business.

Coding skill (Java, data structure, Spring Boot 2.7, multiple-thread, Angular, etc.)
Problem-solving skill (performance, security, etc.)
Frameworks & tools experience (Spring, Hibernate, Angular, API development, MuleSoft(a plus), RabbitMQ, SoapUI, Maven, SonarQube, Selenium, etc.)

Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience in Java Programming (Strong Java 11 knowledge)
5+ years of experience with Spring Boot 2.7 and higher
Experience with Multi-threading, Spring Batch framework
4+ years of experience building user interfaces with Angular 12+
Solid understanding and working experience of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Spring Security 5
Experience with message queuing architectures, especially RabbitMQ, is highly preferred
Experience with containerized application deployments, especially using Docker, is preferred.
Experience with reading code by others and doing diagnosis and assistance in correcting.
Experience working on Server Integration Points using: RESTful API development (MuleSoft), SoapUI.
Excellent Experience with project management tool Maven
Excellent Experience with Source Code Management Git/BitBucket
Strong communication skills
Amazing team player with a hyper focus on the making a difference!
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have….

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.

Skilled in task automation, continuous integration and delivery JMeter, Selenium a plus

Application architecture experience such as Microservices a plus

Responsibilities:

Supporting the analysis, development, modification, testing and maintenance of web-based software.
Analyzes system requirements, preparing of specifications, designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting.
Implements complex requirements for multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.
Supports the identification of system requirements by interviewing users, analyzing applications, evaluating existing and proposed systems, and recommending solutions.
Independently analyzes and isolates application issues and performs problem resolution.
Monitors progress of software-based projects by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Improves systems performance by investigating problems, developing specifications, identifying trends in technology, and recommending solutions.
Performs other duties as directed.
