MLTI Private Limited , established in 2008 and based in Umbergaon, Gujarat, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel ERW pipes and tubes in grades 304/304L/316/316L/316Ti. The company operates a modern manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 6,000 MT, backed by advanced in-house testing facilities and a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Position Details :

💼 Experience: 3 – 5 Years

🎓 Education: MBA in HR / Graduate in HR


Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and selection

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements

• Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs

• Ensure smooth onboarding and proper orientation of new employees

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Maintain and update employee personal files and records

• Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities

• Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition data

• Ensure employee data accuracy in HR systems

3. HR Operations & Administration

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift management

• Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and deductions

• Prepare HR reports and MIS on a regular basis

4. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC & Labour Laws)

• Assist in PF and ESIC documentation, registration, and monthly filings

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies

• Maintain statutory registers and records

• Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs

• Maintain training records and feedback

• Support skill development initiatives for employees

6. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Address employee queries and grievances effectively

• Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment

• Organize engagement activities and promote company culture

• Build strong communication between management and employees


Key Skill:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations & labour laws
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems
  • Ability to work independently in a manufacturing setup
