Role Description

Responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, resolving employee relations matters, overseeing general HR management, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal guidelines. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and the ability to address and resolve workplace concerns
- Knowledge of HR Policies and practices, including development and implementation
- Familiarity with compliance and legal standards related to Human Resources
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR tools and systems is a plus
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
