This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khopoli as a Plant Administrator and Security Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing daily plant operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. The role involves supervising and managing security personnel, implementing security measures, and handling emergency response. Additional duties include creating reports, facilitating smooth communication, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.

• Experience in supervising security operations, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and issue resolution.
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for dealing with incidents and emergencies efficiently.
• Proficiency in using office and reporting tools; familiarity with security systems is a plus.
