Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Surat and offers an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to lead and grow sales initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development expertise, including identifying leads, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and fostering client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, sales strategy development, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to create compelling proposals and strategic, data-driven sales pitches
- Experience with blockchain, crypto, and software solutions is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools to manage sales pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively within a team framework
