About the Role:


We are looking for a strategic and execution focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing SaaS organization. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving high performance culture through robust OKR frameworks, performance management systems, and targeted learning & development initiatives.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Working closely with senior leadership and functional heads to deeply understand business objectives, growth plans, and operational challenges, and translate these into forward-looking people strategies that enable scale and efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine a company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework that drives alignment, focus, and measurable outcomes across all functions.
  • Partner with leadership teams to ensure OKRs are ambitious yet realistic, clearly defined, and directly linked to business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Design and implement structured learning programs, including onboarding, role-based training, leadership development, and career progression frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small People Operations team, providing direction, prioritization, and support to ensure high-quality execution of HR processes.
  • Promote a high-performance culture that balances accountability with employee well-being and sustainable work practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on handling sensitive people matters, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.


Desired Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required, MBA or postgraduate degree in HR or related discipline preferred
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks, including driving adoption across teams and enabling measurable business impact
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or high growth startup environment is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work with data, derive insights, and influence business decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business functions such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
