Job Summary

Param Dairy Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Corporate Office at Rajendra Place. The candidate must have strong experience in Sales HR and should be capable of handling end-to-end HR operations for sales teams, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an HR Business Partner for Sales and Business functions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales teams across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with business heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling activities.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and HR compliance for sales employees.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately.
• Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely closure of HR activities.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates with Sales HR experience are mandatory for this role. Preference will be given to candidates from FMCG, Dairy, or Consumer Goods industries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant HRBP experience
• Mandatory experience in handling Sales HR
• Experience in FMCG / Dairy industry preferred
