About The Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in India to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to drive business growth and organisational effectiveness.

Working in a global matrix environment, you will influence and execute people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, navigate organisational change and foster an engaging employee experience.

The ideal candidate would combine strategic business acumen with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives
  • Partner with leaders on strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management
  • Support business transformation efforts and change management initiatives to enable sustainable growth
  • Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retention
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Serve as the primary HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for GTM Organisation
  • Collaborate with regional HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence to implement global and regional initiatives

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Skills Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market organizations within Technology or related industries
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation
  • Good understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
