Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves working closely with business teams to ensure smooth HR processes, employee relations, and organizational development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and HR-related queries.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring and onboarding activities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance standards.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reports.
• Support HR leadership with HR initiatives and people management programs.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of HR Operations and HRBP functions
• Experience in employee engagement and HR coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles
