Level- Executive/ Sr Executive


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Executive/ Sr Executive.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for day-to-day HR queries, policy clarifications, and employee concerns
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs related to employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Work closely with front line managers to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as attendance, attrition, and employee discipline, and analyze trends
  • Provide HR policy guidance & ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and workplace guidelines.


Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trend.
  • Proficiency in in MS excel, communication skills, database management. What do
