Job Role: Logistics Associate

You should apply if you have:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of Forward and Reverse Logistics (D2C & Hyperlocal).
• Ability to handle escalations, disputes, and shipment reconciliation effectively.
• Experience managing same-day, next-day, and standard deliveries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should not apply if you:

• Lack experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
• Are not comfortable handling shipment escalations or disputes.
• Do not have experience with data reconciliation and reporting.
• Prefer working in isolation rather than in a collaborative, team-oriented role.
• Are not proficient in MS Excel and logistics tracking tools.

What will you do?

Forward & Reverse Logistics(D2C):

• Manage pickup alignment and dispatch tracking.
• Oversee courier performance and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Handle escalations, disputes, and Return to Origin (RTO) operations.
• Track ageing cases and ensure timely closure.
• Manage NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling and closure.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize processes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track pincode serviceability.

Dark Store Based Hyperlocal deliveries

• Oversee and track daily orders and dispatches.
• Monitor performance against SLAs (2-Hour, Same-Day, and Next-Day deliveries).
• Track and close RTO ageing cases.
• Handle escalations, NDRs, and disputes.
• Liaise with courier partners when required.

Reporting & Reconciliation:

• Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate logistics data, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and reconciliations.
• Warehouse weekly visit to understand the Dispatch and RTO department challenges

Work Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Regular, Same-Day, Next-Day, and Hyperlocal Deliveries.
• Exposure to First Mile & Last Mile Operations.
