Job Description

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Site Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and telecom location as an unarmed patrol officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering standout customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout offices, data and equipment areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badging and check-in processes as directed, and report irregularities according to post orders.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports for incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
