Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Ambala. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Key responsibilities include costing, scheduling production workflows, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring inventory and resource allocation, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity. The role also involves maintaining clear communication across teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

Strong production management and operational planning skills
Experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
Proficiency in quality control processes and safety standards
Leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production and inventory management
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
