HSE Manager- Manufacturing

We are looking for an enthusiastic B.Tech/B.Sc. graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with an Industrial Safety certification, bringing strong experience in process safety, chemical and gas handling, and compliance with all applicable statutory requirements. Well‑versed in the explosives act and associated rules, with practical exposure to large‑scale manufacturing projects, along with hands‑on involvement in plant operations and safety management systems.

Job Description:

• Inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• To monitor implementation of safety norms in the plant and escalate gaps and irregularities thereof install safety devices on machinery and direct device installation.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for employees and contractors on safety standards.
• Conduct and organise Fire Drills, Mock Drills and prepare the report of it.
• Monitor daily plant activities. Guide and enforce HSE guidelines and program.
• Good hand holds in JSA, HIRA, Risk Assessment.
• Awareness about the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements
• Guide employees and contractors in emergency management and can lead the emergency team.
• Awareness about the Chemical Management, Chemical Safety.
• Conduct Incident investigation
• Report all HSE observations, Hazards and observation in the Gensuite tool.
• Carry out inspection and maintenance of Fire Fighting System and keep in working condition all the time.
