Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of AHUs (Air Handling Units) at client sites.
Electrical wiring, panel checking, and testing of AHU control panels, starters, VFDs, MCC panels, and sensors.
Troubleshooting electrical faults related to motors, blowers, control circuits, thermostats, actuators, and safety devices.
Coordination with mechanical service engineers during installation and breakdown calls.
Ensure proper functioning of PLC / BMS interface (if applicable).
Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, and emergency support.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Prepare service reports, commissioning checklists, and customer sign-offs.
Provide technical support and training to clients during handover.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in AHUs & HVAC equipment.
Hands-on experience with control panels, VFDs, motors, relays, contactors, and protection devices.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, airflow controls, dampers, and sensors.
Ability to diagnose electrical faults quickly at site.
Willingness to travel for site work and attend emergency calls.
