Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

Job Function



Reporting into the  Production Manufacturing Supervisor , the  Production Operator  will be based out of  Lockland Ohio  .  



Responsibilities 

  • Wear all required PPE and observe all safety regulations, with the ability to pass a respirator fit test and don a full-face respirator.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment in the area assigned according to current procedures and practices
  • Monitor performance of production operations assigned and adjust operating conditions within allowable limits, as needed to achieve performance standards
  • Operate various forklift trucks
  • Batch or packaging paint-related materials according to standard batch tickets and procedures
  • Operate packaging and milling equipment
  • Report processing and equipment problems to the Supervisor.
  • Observe and report to Supervisor, the effectiveness of processing, equipment, or method changes.
  • Obtain and record processing data ass prescribed by procedure, written processing instructions or directives from supervisor.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained, within their ability to control, and ensure properly obtained samples are gathered as required.
  • Be constantly on the alert for safety hazards and report any found to the Supervisor.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead Operator in charge.
  • Participate in area work teams, as necessary.

Required Experience 

  • High school diploma/GED/Equivalent experience
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.



Preferred Experience 

  • Prior Manufacturing experience 
  • Prior Packaging experience
