We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural strategy and engineering excellence for Aptean’s Apparel ERP product suite. This role is responsible for driving modern engineering practices across brownfield product landscapes while ensuring high code stability, scalability, and maintainability.

The Senior Architect will lead architectural modernization using C#, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and Ext JS, while introducing “vibe coding” principles to improve developer productivity, velocity, and sustainable engineering culture.

This role will play a critical part in stabilizing legacy components, guiding modernization initiatives, mentoring engineering talent, and ensuring high-quality product delivery at speed for global Apparel customers.

  • PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for Aptean Apparel ERP products.
  •  Lead brownfield system stabilization and modernization initiatives.
  •  Drive architectural decisions across backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (Angular, Ext JS) layers.
  • Open to work on legacy tech stack required in the product and learn it quickly.
  •  Introduce and institutionalize “vibe coding” practices to enhance engineering flow, reduce friction, and improve delivery velocity.
  •  Ensure high levels of code stability, performance, scalability, and security.
  •  Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and design best practices.
  •  Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and critical code reviews.
  •  Lead large-scale refactoring initiatives without impacting customer stability.
  •  Collaborate with Product Management to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
  •  Mentor and groom new engineers and senior developers to elevate overall technical capability.
  •  Drive DevOps alignment for CI/CD improvements and release stability.
  •  Identify technical debt proactively and design structured remediation roadmaps.
  •  Ensure engineering teams deliver high-quality releases at high velocity.
  •  Provide technical guidance during customer escalations and performance challenges.
  •  Participate in strategic roadmap discussions and technology adoption decisions.
  •  Act as a technical thought leader within the Apparel ERP domain.
