Job Description

• The Advanced Workday professional is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring system integrity and compliance.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Workday Configuration & Optimization

• Lead advanced configuration of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Prism Analytics.
• Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
• Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption.
  
  

Implementation & Project Leadership

• Serve as a functional lead or subject matter expert for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.
