Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT SME for the Accurate Recon platform, responsible for end-to-end ownership from requirements through deployment and production support. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, functional understanding, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the IT-side SME for the Accurate Recon platform
Serve as a strong liaison between vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams
Lead requirement discussions, prepare BRDs, perform feasibility assessments, challenge requirements, and negotiate the true business value
Manage and track development progress, including regular status updates
Plan, coordinate, and obtain sign-off for SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production Go-Live from the IT side
Prepare weekly reports, activity dashboards, and heat maps to support demand–supply planning and set realistic business expectations
Plan and manage application upgrades, archiving, and support across all change requests (CRs)
Support Recon and VAT applications during UAT for business scenario testing, including IB, MB, batch mode interfaces, and integration QA testing
Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and changes; coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployments
Obtain UAT and staging approvals from change owners and stakeholders
Create and manage CR tickets, coordinate production deployments with support teams, and ensure Go-Live sign-off
