Job Description:-

• Responsible to lead Oracle Applications support and enhancement projects
• To lead the overall solution from Oracle Applications HCM functional perspective for complex projects
• Good Business Knowledge on Oracle E-Business Suite Modules like (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence management, Performance management, Self Service and Learning management)
• and Oracle Apps Technical
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience
• Knowledge on integrations to HCM modules
• Should have minimum 7- 10 years of experience on Oracle Applications HCM modules
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure
• Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external.
• Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, Oracle Reports Fast Formula,
