CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience Required
- 4–8 years of overall experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated IT / Networking Sales Recruitment experience
- Prior experience hiring for OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or technology solution providers preferred
Technical Understanding
Candidate must understand the fundamentals of:
- Networking OEM and distributor ecosystem
- ISP / WISP market dynamics
- Enterprise networking solutions landscape
- Channel partner and reseller sales models
- Technical sales hierarchy and role structures
Education
- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources — preferred
- Graduate degree — mandatory
