Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using Microsoft Outlook to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Draft and send offer letters and onboarding invitations to new team members.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new team members and assist in onboarding activities.
• Manage recruitment workflows using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with relevant experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data.
• Handle high-volume recruitment tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Proven experience in corporate recruiting or HR functions, including high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications in recruitment processes.
• Strong skills in scheduling and coordinating interviews using Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes effectively.
• Knowledge of hiring processes and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
