Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team with a strong focus on analyzing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will work hands-on with our PHP/MySQL and JavaScript stack (React & Node.js) to investigate, troubleshoot, and fix problems, ensuring our applications are stable, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, triage, and resolve customer support tickets.
Reproduce reported issues and identify root causes using logs, DB queries, and code analysis.
Collaborate with support, QA, and product teams to ensure issue resolution quality.
Develop and maintain application features and bug fixes using PHP, MySQL, React, Node.js.
Optimize database queries and implement schema updates as needed.
Build reusable components and services to improve future development and resolution efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong experience in PHP and MySQL (including query optimization).
Solid knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Node.js backend services or APIs.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, and debugging tools.
Experience working with support/customer service teams to understand user pain points.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
