Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team with a strong focus on analyzing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will work hands-on with our PHP/MySQL and JavaScript stack (React & Node.js) to investigate, troubleshoot, and fix problems, ensuring our applications are stable, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, triage, and resolve customer support tickets.
• Reproduce reported issues and identify root causes using logs, DB queries, and code analysis.
• Collaborate with support, QA, and product teams to ensure issue resolution quality.
• Develop and maintain application features and bug fixes using PHP, MySQL, React, Node.js.
• Optimize database queries and implement schema updates as needed.
• Build reusable components and services to improve future development and resolution efficiency.
  
  

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience in PHP and MySQL (including query optimization).
• Solid knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js backend services or APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, and debugging tools.
• Experience working with support/customer service teams to understand user pain points.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  
  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).
