Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Tiruchirappalli. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring cycle, collaborate with clients to understand their organizational needs, develop job descriptions, and nurture relationships with potential candidates. Additional responsibilities include utilizing recruitment tools, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely hiring to meet client demands.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for client and candidate interaction

· Familiarity with advanced recruitment tools and candidate databases

· Prior recruitment experience in IT and non-IT sectors is highly desirable

· Understanding of hiring requirements for mid to senior-level and leadership roles

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
