Job Description – Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Coordinator​

Experience: Minimum 6 years​

Technologies: Python, React 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Team 

Coordinator with strong technical expertise in Python and React, along with good team 

coordination and reporting abilities. 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software 

development and should be capable of managing development activities, coordinating with 

the technical team, and providing regular progress updates to senior management. The 

candidate should also have a good understanding of the overall software development 

lifecycle, system flow, and project execution process. 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React 

∙Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks 

∙Monitor daily development activities and follow up on progress 

∙Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status 

∙Ensure proper coordination between different modules and development processes 

∙Support task planning, issue tracking, and resolution within the development team 

∙Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects 

∙Maintain coding standards, development quality, and system efficiency 

Required Skills and Experience 

∙Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in software development 

∙Strong practical experience in Python 

∙Strong practical experience in React 

∙Good understanding of software development lifecycle and overall system flow 

∙Experience in coordinating with development teams 

∙Good communication and reporting skills 

∙Ability to track tasks, timelines, and project progress effectively 

∙Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
